# 💧 Sip, Smile, Repeat: Kicking Off My 100 Days of Drinks Series!

Greetings, my fellow drinkers and wellness seekers! ✨
Welcome to **Drink & Glow**, and today, it will be a proud moment for me as I bring forth something that I have been pondering for several weeks: the **100 Days of Drinks**! ☕🍹🧃 The series will be of interest to you whether being a coffee fiend, tea sipper, mocktail creator, or just someone trying to hydrate more (hey, I'm guilty too!).


## 🌞 Why 100 Days of Drinks?

I think what we consume tells a lot about how we live. Our drinks can nourish us, energize us, calm us down, or just raise our spirits. I wanted to investigate this — *on a daily basis.* So I gave myself a challenge: to post **one single drink every day for the 100 coming days** — and to not just post about it but really honor it.

This isn’t simply about what the cup contains. It is about the ambience. About the complimentary routine. About the *small moment of calm* afforded by every sip.
